The Genealogy of Morals is translated by Horace Barnett Samuel. Peoples and Countries is translated by J. M. Kennedy. The edition is volume thirteen of The Complete Works of Friedrich Nietzsche, edited by Oscar Levy. The fragment label applies to the supplement, not to the three Genealogy essays.
